  The fee will be charged in two weeks.
  So it will be the same price from a day to two weeks rental.

  2, When and Where of your stay to deliver
  3, How many days you need the Vehicle.
  
  Also you have to send the copy of your passport.

• QCan the wheelchair or scooter be delivered and collected ?

  AYes. It can be delivered and collected at Narita or Haneda airport and hotels or places around Tokyo.

  • ・Outside this area ￥15,000
    (Include Narita Airport)

• QHow and when shall the fee will paid ?

  AThe fee should be paid when the wheelchair or scooter is delivered.
  The fee must be paid in Japanese yen by cash only.

• QWill the damage of broken or stolen be covered ?

  AThe damage will be covered by insurance.
  But it will cover the damage for over ￥10,000.
  So you must pay maximum ￥10,000.

• QCan you tell me the type of wheelchair or scooter that I can borrow ?

  AWe can afford types of wheelchairs and scooters as attached below.

• QCan I borrow a wheelchair on the day of application for it ? For example ; can I get the wheelchair by making application after I reached Narita Airport .

  ANo , We need 1 day in order to get ready for the requested wheelchair .
  So you need to contact us in the morning of the day before the delivery.
  If you ask us for the wheelchair in the morning of the day before you need it , we will afford you the wheelchair.
